You can redeem your free ticket code at any time in our ticket shop. You will find it under the menu item "Tickets & Opening Hours." Scroll down to the section "Get your tickets!" Unfortunately, animals are not allowed in the exhibition halls. The only exception applies to certified assistance animals with appropriate documentation.
